The Folktales of Lowland Cekon by Margaret Killjoy PREORDER

$6.00

This listing is for a PREORDER that will ship around Oct. 31st, 2026, when the zine will be officially released. All orders that contain “The Folktales of Lowland Cekon” will ship when the zine officially drops.

These five standalone stories explore the rich folklore of Cekon, the shattered country from Margaret Killjoy's novel The Sapling Cage (Feminist Press, 2024). Follow the adventures of peasant knights, helpful witches, and hungry faeries. These stories have it all: romance, intrigue, and a man who would obviously rather be fishing than saving royalty.

This half-letter-zine edition, beautifully illustrated by Robin Savage and designed by Casandra Johns and printed by Eberhardt Press, is for readers of the original novel and for those who've never heard of it alike.
